Workshop Details: July 12, 2022 - Evaluate The Health of Your Business This workshop introduces experts who can help you streamline your business model, identify your true mission, identify your business needs and set accomplishable milestones to reach your goals July 14, 2022 - Evaluating Your Financials This workshop introduces experts who can help you streamline your accounting process, analyze your financial position, help you understand if you're ready for a commercial loan and prepare for tax time. July 19, 2022 - Credit Texas is the second-largest state in the U.S. by size and 2.6 million small businesses call it home. This state has a diverse economy, with thriving businesses in the petroleum and natural gas, energy, electronics and biomedical industries. On average, Texas entrepreneurs receive $65,093 in business financing from lenders. A loan can go a long way toward helping you launch or scale your business. This workshop introduces experts who will help answer the questions related to your personal and business credit score and what may be preventing you from accessing capital for your business. July 21, 2022 - Lean Canvas: Growth Plan Framework The lean canvas allows a problem-solution strategy to be easily described on paper. It helps to put ideas into perspective and serve as a guide for startups to validate their hypotheses. The lean canvas's ultimate goal is to help startup founders avoid costly failure, where they built products with no takers. This workshop introduces experts who present the fundamentals of creating problem-solution strategies for your business and introduces the Lean Canvas tool. After successfully completing the assessment and evaluation workshop, attendees are invited to schedule free one-on-one sessions with senior business advisors who will provide technical assistance to meet milestones and accomplish goals.
